Piper Park


Bring your walking poles, water, and hats as we workout in the great outdoors! Learn the technique of Nordic/Urban pole walking and get your arms to swing in a reciprocal fashion and normalize your gait pattern. Sessions are led by a group warm up, followed by some 0.5 mile laps around the park, and then other fun and challenging exercises and activities.
