WE ARE MEETING IN-PERSON AT PIPER PARK IN LARKSPUR. If you would like to join us, please bring a chair, a mask, and some water. Bathrooms are available. We will perform exercises together as we also live stream to our virtual audience.
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering Zoom virtual classes. Classes are taught in simultaneous standing and sitting demonstrations, making this high-intensity class appropriate for all levels.

This is a unique group exercise class designed specifically for individuals with Parkinson’s disease. The class focuses on maximizing neuroplasticity through mind-body conscious movement. Classes are based on the Parkinson Wellness Recovery PWR!Moves® model and include cardiovascular, coordination/agility (including jumping), strengthening, and cognitive activities.
The focus of each class is to improve mobility, balance, strength, voice, cognition, posture, reduction of freezing, and most importantly, HAVE FUN!
