How is the First BIG Step different from other programs?

Good question. Well, we are a road show, and we only bring the show to town every few months. This program is uniquely designed for the newly diagnosed who need not just any exercise but prescribed exercise, a home program, connection with PD exercise programs in the area, and the ability to track their progress.
